I used to love the Melting P0t but the last two times I have been the service was extremely slow. Their servers read off of a script and the interaction feels very stiff and wooden. It seemed like our waiter only came to our table in 30 minute intervals so we sat waiting for drink and dipping sauce refills for quite some time. The food was tasty once it finally arrived; except for the broccoli which they served on our veggie plate was so old, it was black in parts. The dessert fondue is my favorite, but after we finished our main course we waited, and waited and waited for our waiter to return to take our dessert order. By the time he finally showed up we were so disgusted we just asked for our check and left. I was embarrassed I?d recommend going there. It was a disappointing night out and we won?t be back.
