Just when my wife and I thought that great Thai food in the North Shore was non-existent, we found a Hidden Jewel in Middleton, MA right on Route 114. (242 South Main Street, Middleton, MA 01949 (978) 777-8298). The prices are good and the portions are large. The ownes informed us that they have only owned this place for 1 year, and did not change the name; they just added the number 88 to the end. Any review for Siam Grill without the 88 would be outdated.
