I had to go through this company to have my satelight internet installed and they were terrible. I was rescheduled three times and the third time they said they might make it out to my house the next day. When I called to ask questions about an extra charge to run wires under the house the person who answered the phone yawned like they didn't care about me or my problem. I was told I was wrong and they always inform their customers of extra charges when the customer calls to set up service however when I told them I didn't call they said then the person who called me told me they charge extra to run wires. Funny I thought you had to run wires to install a satellight. I was told their was an extra charge If I didn't want to run the wires myself I said that option was not even offered. I finally got fed up in frustration and hung up. If you must go through them then I hope you don't have to call them later with any questions. Pros: none Cons: terrible customer service more
