When I needed to ship fragile wedding gifts to New York, my first thought was to go to the post office. Boy was I wrong! I don't have a ton of shipping needs so I'm not familar with the process and the forms I needed to fill out to ship my packages. I tried to find someone to help me but the only people were behind the counter and I would have had to wait in a 20-minute line to simply ask a question! Needless to say, I got frustrated and left. As I was heading back to work I passed the Pak Mail off of Anderson Mill and decided to drop in. I wish I would have had this idea in the beginning. Joel was so helpful and made shipping my gifts a breeze. The personalized service is just what I needed. I'll never walk in to a post office again! Oh, and they have really cute greeting cards. I picked one up to mail with my gifts.
