Installed an air-conditioning and furnace unit in my home and promised $1000 in rebates. Then they lost all the rebate paperwork, and I never saw a dime. To top it off, after months of having the light flickering in my house (which started shortly after they did the install) an electrician found that they left a live wire uncapped and hanging...avoid at all costs!
Pros: With their rebate, they come in cheaper than others
Cons: Their rebate doesn't exist and they don't retuen phone calls
