Typical night at Serafina - lively, busy, people seemed to be having a great time. After a short wait at the bar - which was crowded but friendly, our gracious host (rachel?) sat us. I loved the wine list - I think it just won a Wine Spectator award - big range, interesting Italians, and a good though brief selection of regional NW wines. With the help of our server, we picked a Dolcetto, which matched our food beautifully. The food was outstanding and prompt - I had something I'd never had before - a pork belly and what seemed to be a mostarda - or type of marmalade. What a match - sweet and tart against the salty, luscious pork.\r
It was a great night - highly recommend it.
