The main advantage of living here, besides the low price, is that is is away from campus and partying students. Most of my neighbors have been quiet and respectful. There's lots of Chinese and Turkish graduate students that live here, and they don't cause problems. The maintenance people generally come and fix problems the same day you call them. Yes, the office staff can seem like pit bulls sometimes, but they nevertheless do their jobs. If you keep a sense of humor, it's not a problem.\r

All and all, this is a nice place for new families, grad students and even retirees. There's a nice city park adjacent the the complex, which is great for kids. You don't have to sign a long-term lease to live here--just give them two months notice and you can move out. What else can you ask for?
