If I could give a negative rating, it would be at least a negative 10. I would never use this car service again. The customer service for this company is horrendous. the driver forgot to give me my credit card back and the car service wanted to charge me for another driver to take me to the office to get my credit card back. i called the office to make sure they had my cc as i was supposed to be stopping by to pick up my cc i was informed that the office was closed. when i asked what i was supposed to do, the person told me she didnt know and hung up on me. GREAT Customer Service!!! ON that note, i decided to cancel my cc. I explained the situation to the next driver who was picking me up and this company proceeded to give my driver a hard time and told him they were going to charge him for the trip to their office, even though i cancelled it. in addition, everytime i have called this company to try to get my cc back, their customer has been EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL and has hung up on me everytime or I am told to call back at a certain time and the person I am supposed to speak with isn't in. As I said, I will never ever use this service again and i travel about once a week for work. Oh yeah they charged me an extra $5 for a luxury car and the car was definitely NOT a luxury mobile, it wasn't clean nor was it a new model--what a ripoff
