45 minutes late and couldnt figure out where to go at the airport. also the dispatcher couldnt figure out how to get the correct phone number even though i told them 4 times. the driver also didnt know where he was going in downtown manhattan and had to stop to figure it out. what a hastle!
Pros: nice driver
Cons: couldnt figure out how to get to where he was supposed to at anywhere near the right time.
