I travel twice a month to all over the US and overseas. Service and management at this hotel were the worst I've experienced! I think hotel people here do not understand what customer service means. If something goes wrong, they never apologize and just blame customers. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and colleages. I may not even stay at any Marriot in the future because of this one chain hotel. Too bad, as I've been a good customer to them.
