I have lived at Captiva Club Apt. since early this summer of 2007. At the time, the apartment manager was great and so wonderful to work with. Anything you needed, he was right there. The staff was also very understanding and cooperative, always willing to help. Recently, I found out that the manager left Capitva - apparently he and his staff are all gone. Ever since the management/staff change, my utility bills have risen 3 times over what they used to be, and the staff is no longer willing to help out for their tenants. I will be looking for other places to live when my current lease expires. The apartment is great - but management and the staff is now lacking. It's a shame.
Pros: Apartment price, location to schools and airport, clean pool
Cons: Water not included with rent and very HIGH. Beware.
