I had my 2004 Audi A4 repaired there as part of an insurance claim. I was concerned that the insurance company directed me here and thought....""oh boy"" here we go. I believe this is a family business with the owners working the front desk. The car wasn't driveable and they sent a ""hook"" to my house to pick the car up. No issues. Once the car arrived they provided me a cost quote and worked closely with Hoffman Audi and my Insurance company to replace a number of damaged parts. No issues. The rear window was shattered and also needed to be replaced. Multiple body panels needed to be painted and matched.
Pros: Excellent work. Paint matched. Repairs completed flawlessly
