Wow, I can not believe three people gave this place 5 stars! This place does have its ups (like the spa is beautiful and if you walk in and book an appointment that day, you get a discount) but I do not think they outweigh the downs. I went in to get an ultimate pedicure someone had given me a gift certificate for. By the time I redeemed my gift certificate I had been married and my last name changed. I also had lost my gift card, which was no problem the front desk looked it up on the computer for me. When I was getting my pedicure the technicians were talking to each other instead of me it was like I didn't even exist and my technician was just going through the motions with my foot that she does to anyone and everyone, like a product down an assembly line. Then when the technician left to go take my papers to the front desk for me to pay I could hear her talking to the front desk girl about the confusion with my last name, they were actually talking sh!t about me for over 5 minutes while I sat just behind the wall able to hear everything!
When I called the manager later to complain she told me that their services are always exceptional and she thought I was "just trying to get a good service for free" the funny thing is I didn't even ask for a discount I just wanted her to know about the problem. Other people I know have had customer service issues there too and the way I feel is ANY BUSINESS no matter what type it is can be replaced. I would rather go to a spa and pay more and feel like my business is appreciated than go somewhere that makes me feel like just another number and in my case, a problem. I am so sick of businesses that get so busy they forget that each customer is important. Body and Sole definately has forgotten. Give your money to a business that really wants to have you, you will be happier in the end!
Pros: atmosphere
Cons: bad customer service
