I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow.. I wanted to combine 2 services within roughly the same time period.
First, the receptionist said "yes, we can one at 2:45 , and the other at 4:00 pm." I said that was fine.
Then she said, "No, we can do one at 4:00 pm, and the other at 4:45"
I said that was fine. And then she wanted my credit card number to confirm the reservations.
While I was getting the number , I guess she was still looking at the schedule, and said , "Can we change that to an express pedicure instead of a regular?" I said no.
Then , reluctantly, I gave her my CC number.
After she got it approved, she then told me ,"Oh I'm sorry, we don't really have any openings for that other service you requested. Can you do that one the next day?"
At this point, I was too aggravated to continue, and cancelled the entire thing.
The whole point was to be able to combine 2 different things in the same trip.
How can it be so hard to schedule an appointment? Why did she want to change it ? not once, but twice ? Then say no , it's not available? Is their scheduling system broken? Is it rocket science? Is she 15 years old? There's no excuse.
But then, in addition, they had my credit card # ! Not sure if there's any recourse about that..
