Review content:
I am a new mother who needed to treat myself to a pedicure. I had not had one prior to having my daughter and it was a splurge. I have worked and gone as a customer to TallGrass and was expecting at least a relaxing experience. Needless to say as I was walking out, I instantly regretted spending my time and money at Body & Sole. My experience was less than relaxing or enjoyable. I think that my nail technician said maybe 2 sentences to me. She asked me what color I wanted my toes and then instructed me on how long to let them dry...seriously in 45 mins that is all you can say to me??!! When I was first getting situated into the chair I was clearly struggling with trying to get the lovely back massagers (that would have been very great for some much needed stress relief) and did she bother to help me out? Nope, just pretended I was not there. Maybe my expectations were too high but really if I had wanted to sit and not talk to someone for nearly an hour I would have gone to the nail place in the strip mall and paid $20.
