I dropped my business cards off at 3pm on a Friday and since the girl seemed so stressed and out of sorts, I told her that she didn't have to have them ready till late the next day. When I came back Saturday afternoon, they weren't done at all. The girl said that there was something wrong with the machine and they decided to push back all of the orders and someone "should have called me." She promised they would be ready on Sunday and that someone would call me when they were. I never got a call that they were ready. I called myself on Monday morning to find out if they were indeed ready. I am now going to pick them up.
