I was so glad to find this forum. After reading the review from the mother, I had to sign up for an account just to vent and support her post.\r
The location was so close to home, I chose to have my wisdom teeth taken out there. I agree with all the things the mother said, the hygenist was great, but Sloan was a nightmare. She was rough, rude, and threatened to stop if I didn't quit being ""so dramatic"" because I made noise (I could feel everything through the procedure). She gave me several shots that seemed to numb everywhere but my gums. She was just plain mean.\r

THEN I recieved my EOB (explanation of benefits) from my insurance. I overpaid by almost $60.00. I waited 2 weeks and Sloan or her office never contacted me. So I called them. They said fax the EOB. I did with a cover sheet explaining I should have only paid $180, but I paid $200 + . The point was I paid over $200 - $230 to be exact. Another week went by so I called again. They lost the EOB. I faxed again. The next week I got a $20.00 check. I called them and said it was closer to $60 I overpaid. Mitch sais he would have to research it. Another week passes. I call AGAIN. Mitch says he can't do anything without the EOB and he called my insurance to get it because it was lost again. He was waiting on them to fax it. I took it to him personally and handed it to him. He said he get back to me by the following Monday (this was Wednesday.) Today is Thursday, over a week later and nothing. I am still trying to get this refund, not so much the money but the point. Underprovided, overcharged, I will NEVER go there again.\r

Not only is Sloan herself rude and nasty, her practices are shady and her office staff are poorly trained. If you do go, check that you get back any overpayment, although it may take several months to get it.
Pros: they hygenist was sweet
Cons: rude, unorganized, dishonest
