I work in New York and my favority cuisine by far is Indian.. even though I am Polish. I've been to tons of Indian restaurants in NY. Any one working in the city can attest to how many there are. My wife was in the mood for Indian one evening and after doing a quick search online, I came upon Bhoj, which is half a mile from where we live.\r

We have to admit that we had our doubts when we saw that the restaurant was in a strip mall. Once we looked inside, we saw that the decor was great and the atmosphere is very nice.\r

We ordered a salad and samosas. From the first taste of the apps, we knew we were in for a treat. The our entrees came out and it was was a taste explosion. The food had so much flavor. I was immediately impressed by how tasty and spicy it was. It was a little bit hotter than medium but not Vindaloo hot. Needless to say, we stuffed ourselves. The desserts were great as well.\r

The proprietor Sunny comes around to greet everyone that steps into the door. He treats everyone very well, almost like family. Since our first night there, we've been there every weekend. The service has been great each time we've been there as well as the food.\r
