I went in to rent a u haul truck at 11am (the time that I reserved it), the truck had not been returned by previous renter. They told me truck would be back and ready by noon and that they would call me when it was ready. They called me at 1:15pm to come and pick it up. So it was over two hours late. Then I called because I left my garage door opener in truck. Person (Joe) told me that he would look for it and if he found it he would call me in a few hours. I told him I knew the opener was in there because I went back and looked. He again told me if he found it he would call me. Said he was the manager but so rude and didnt have any customer service skills. I also spent $5.00 on uhaul on line to reserve this truck. Said he didnt know where my $5 went and didnt know anything about the internet.
