I have to say you pay for what you get in life. That is also true in Veterinary medicine. Before my children were born I was a Veterinary Technician for several years. I have worked with and for several vets in many circumstances, including with my animals as patients. Dr. Handel and company suggest what they know is best for the animal. What we as owners choose or are able to comfortably do for our animals is another story. Animals cost money to be properly cared for. Plain and simple. I have been to less expensive Vets in the past and my animals have suffered for it. I now go to Dr. Handel's office. They present a list of what they deem neccisary and the reasons why and then leave it to us. If you don't want to or can't spend $400 on your animal then don't. They are just telling what they think is best and why. I love the experience there personally and hope to bring my animals there for a long time to come.
