Very pleasant staff and owner, Wayne. After stopping in their shop I arranged for a man, John to come and measure my windows. He said it would take about 7 to 10 days for the estimate. After 2 weeks I called and Wayne said he would do a "drive through" and give us the estimate. After another 2 weeks I called Wayne and he asked me more questions. He said he would call back in a few minutes, but never did. Why didn't he just say he didn't want to do the job and not waste our time?!
