I have never been so insulted! I ordered cupcakes over the phone and specifically asked if it would be possible to pick them up at 5p on a Wednesday! Only to find that the order was never started! And I was not even offered an alternative. Instead the employee looked at me as if I were her annoyance. This place is not worth the icing on their damn cake! I recommend Sprinkles!! \r
