Your new Spa manager is ,without a doubt, the most unprofessional and obnoxious person we have ever encountered.\r
This used to be a glorious Day Spa,now it is not even worth mentioning. I have never been so poorly treated and spoken to as this woman Maria did.\r
The services have gone down the drain as has your Salon and Spa.
