I wholeheartedly disagree with Jennifer L. Lana has been doing my color for more than 5 years. Her work is top notch and there is no way I believe she would ever be rude to a client. Not in her makeup. Sorry but would have to say Jennifer L must have issues of her own more

I was a loyal customer of LCWR for over approx. 5 - 6 years. TRAVELING OVER AND HOUR AND A HALF TO GO TO THIS ""HIGH END"" SALOON. I STARTED SEEING LANA. MY HAIR CONSTANTLY THREW RED AT THE ROOTS EVERYTIME SHE BROKE MY BASE. THE GENTLEMAN PETER, WHO WOULD CUT MY HAIR AFTER, CALLED HER OVER SEVERAL TIMES AS HE SEEN THE REDNESS IN MY BLONDE HAIR AS WELL. ""PETER, ONE OF THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES"" RECOMMENDED GOING TO DIANA. So I switched. Still throwing red and still paying over $260 AND 20 % TIP FOR EVERYONE INCLUDING SHAMPOOIST- for the HIGH END services. I REMAINED HAVING FAITH, because Diane at least tried different things. She finally got the right color! WONDERFUL, NOW THE 1 1/2 RIDE , $195 FOR THE COLOR AND $65 FOR THE CUT , MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME WAS WORTH THE RIDE AND COST. THIS IS THE DOWN FALL.......I needed an emergency appointment , so I had to book with Lana. WHICH SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM CAUSE SHE COULD USE DIANA'S CARD. ------ WHILE THERE, SHE WAS RUDE AND MADE SOME LITTLE DIGS THEN SHE TOLD ME TO GO TO SHAMPOO ROOM AND ASK ONE OF THE GIRLS TO SHAMPOO MY HAIR! ----THIS IS NOT THE USUAL TREATMENT YOU GET. I SAT IN THE ROOM FOR 15 MIN NOONE EVEN LOOKED AT ME. I APPROACHED THE DESK AND ASK SOMEONE TO PLEASE ASK THEIR STAFF TO HELP ME , AS I DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE DIRECTING THEIR STAFF. PLEASE NOTE, THE COLORIST ALLLWAAYYS WALKS YOU BACK AND ASK ONE OF THE GIRLS TO SHAMPOO, USUALLY SPECIFIC SHAMPOO AND CONDITONER FOR CERTAIN HAIR.....BY DOING THIS, THE NEXT TIME I TRY TO BOOK, - I WAS TURNED AWAY!!!!! -------SO , IF YOU EVER WANT TO CHANGE STYLIST OR COLORIST, DONT , BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY , YOU WILL BE TARGETED AS A HARD TO DEAL WITH CLIENT!!!!!! LIKE OPHRA SAYS ""YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND"" - YOU SHOULDNT BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY IF YOU DO! AND AFTER ALLLL THOSE LOYAL YEARS AND HOURS SPENT ON THE ROAD TO CONTIOUSLY THROW RED, ---- I GAVE THEM YEARS TO GET IT RIGHT AND THEY HAVE THE HAVE THE NERVE TO TURN THEIR BACK ON ME!!! I GUESS WHEN I CALLED TO REBOOK WITH AN OWNER THEY TOOK THAT AS A COMPLAINT AS WELL. LITTLE DID THEY KNOW , I JUST A BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL AND HAD EXTREME CHANGES IN MY HAIR AND WANTED TO PAY THE $75 TO BOOK WITH AN OWNER. WHICH WAS ALSO MY RIGHT -------THATS WHAT I THOUGHT ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU HAIR PORT LOCATED IN TRENTON NEW JERSEY!!!! LOVE THE CUT AND THE COLOR!!!!!!! I will be recommending Billy to all my friends. He was wonderful. My haircut came out amazing. I was impressed the moment I walked into the Salon. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I can't wait to go back to try out their spa services more

I just went to Colleen Walsner for some highlights and I was so impressed with how they looked when she was finished. She made me look so natural and knew exactly what tone to use for my skin tone. Overall, I am very pleased and I will definately be returning to her. more

I went to this salon last weekend with a bunch of my girlfriends for a new haircut and loved the new cut I got from Isaac, he gave me short messy layers with side swipe bangs. I loved that he took alot of weight off my head so now I have alot more volume then I had before. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to achieve that. I think I found my new stylist! more

I have been going to Rose for eyebrow waxing every three weeks for over a year. She has also done my make-up on multiple occasions, even for my wedding day. She has an excellent work ethic and attention to detail. Her work is very precise and I appreciate all of her hard work and dedication. Pros: An expert @ waxing and make-up more

I've followed Rose to different salons and will continue. She is the best waxer in the area and I've been to my fair share, but I now stick to Rose. I get all different types of waxing done and I've found Rose to be the most gentle and fastest. She takes pride in her work and does beautiful arching for eyebrows. Highly recommended! more

I am in tears. I have been going here for many years and now to find that they have employed a woman such as Maria Goodman to run this spa is beyond words. I have experienced her horrid treatments when she had a Spa outside of Philadelphia and know what she did to so many customers who trusted her. Now Robert how can you do this to your loyal clients?? We trusted your judgement and now this. It's bad enough her daughter works for you,but now this horrid woman!!\r You just lost at least a dozen clients because of this.
