I first tried sushi nearly three years ago, when I moved to Salt Lake City. There are so many sushi restaurants, that my wife and I started trying many of them in the area. I'm certainly hooked on sushi and I'm now hooked on Go Sushi. My wife and I had lunch at Go Sushi today and we were very impressed with the quality of the food. The fish was obviously fresh. The owner of the establishment was behind the counter and made a couple of the rolls we ordered. The service was very good. My soft drink was re-filled twice before it was half-empty and once when I wasn't even aware the waitress had re-filled it. If you like somewhat adventurous sushi, Go Sushi is the place for you. They aren't a ""traditional"" sushi restaurant, they don't claim to be ""traditional"" and they don't apologize for their approach. The building is nothing to look at (inside or out). But it is clean and the food is outstanding, so who cares what the building looks like? I would highly recommend Go Sushi ... Go!
