Having used Terminix in Atlanta where we were completely satisfied, we thought we would get the same service in Baltimore. Not the case. Not only did they not show up for 3 appointments (my husband stayed home from work for one of them); they never called to explain why. The service is on a quarterly basis and they claim that if you need any additional visits between the scheduled quarterly appointments, to just call and they would come out. That is also not the case. You have to basically harass them to come out at all. No one shows up, no one calls and our bug/rodent problem is just as bad as it was before we hired them. We signed up for a year contract and paid ahead of time to get a discount and they did not seem at all surprised when we called, cancelled and requested our money back. They did not even try to retain our business. Terminix is a waste of time and money.
