My wife and I recently went to this shop as my wife was considering getting a new car. The salesperson was nice enough, but not very capable. Seemed like he'd only been doing the job for a short period of time. It made it hard on us, as he just wasn't familiar with many of the cars he was showing us. Management turned out not to be much better. I've bought many cars over the years, and this was probably my least favorite experience. We ended up leaving.
