Born and raised in Capital Federal in Buenos Aires, I'm very picky about people who claim they can cook like Argentines. C'mon, no one cooks like Grandma. ""Buenos Aires"" is the first place i've taken my family and gotten the response ""iEso es un bife!"", equivalent to ""now that's a steak!""\r
The steak is compared to none, service is good and very pleasant... \r
When we went, a major soccer game was playing (River V Boca) it's a great attraction for true futbol fans!\r
Be sure to try the empanadas, they're just like grandma's (just don't tell her). The milanesa (breaded cutlet) is great but take my advice, go for the Bife de lomo. You won't find it in the U.S. for that price and that superior taste!\r
For drinks, I suggest the ""Quilmes"", an Argentine beer (I like the dark beer). If beer is not your dig, romance whomever it may be with a bottle of Malbec. It is sweet, sophisticated and ""Buenos Aires"" has a great selection!\r
Well that's all I'm going to ramble about. This restaurant has become an old favourite, the venue of many dates, birthday parties and graduation celebrations!\r
As we say in Argentina, ""iCon provecho!""
Pros: Food, Ambiance, Service
Cons: Parking
