The food was okay, not the best. This place is considered a fine dining place in Mendoncino but the food was so-so. I had the cioppino but the stew tasted like tomato broth with lots of white wine and the seafood was overcooked, shrimp and fish were dry and tough. My husband had the pork schnitzel but the pork came out burnt. Service was a bit slow due to their understaff; our table was ready but still had to wait another 10 min for the hostess to seat us.
Pros: cozy ambience
Cons: so-so food, slow service
