This is a new grocery store (moved recently) and the store is very high tech, beautiful, spacious and huge. The selections are endless. Personally, my family lives closest to this store but we drive further to get to other stores. Hennings is definatly more expensive and with those high prices we would expect better service. The service isnt better. We found the customer service booth understaffed, the store is frequently out of sale items and the cashiers give hassles over coupons. One cashier accused me of photo copying coupons as they were printed in black and white. Funny thing is someone giving out samples in that store had given me a handful of coupons for that product. I dont plan on going back, after three unhappy visits and their high prices, we shop else where.
