Nyrene is fantastic, and I would (and already have!) recommend her to anyone. She's got a great, upbeat personality and encourages you to accomplish physical feats you'd never realized you were capable of before. The workouts are varied and creative, so you never get bored, and Nyrene shares lots of interesting information about exercise physiology so you not only know what you're doing but why you're doing it! And boy, is she effective - I can't believe how much better I feel (and how much more toned I'm getting) after only 9 sessions with her. In fact, I've enjoyed it so much that I just signed up for another 10. Thanks, Nyrene!
