Last weekend, I went to eat there with my husband. The food was excellent, as usual, but I never thought their service was up to par. I never really cared or did anything about it because all I wanted to do was go there to eat. However, something happened in the restaurant that completely shocked me. It really made me change my perception of the management team within this restaurant. As I was eating, I saw 2 waitresses, one of whom was my waitress that night, got into an argument with some customers. My waitress decides that it would be okay to swear at the customers. She screamed at some customers right in the middle of the restaurant. I was shocked and appalled that she would even think of doing something like that. It was completely inappropriate and absolutely inappropriately. All the other customers around me were shaking their heads in dismay. Now here's the part that made me furious: after the dispute was over, she walked over to my table and said, ""what the hell at you starring at? It's none of your business."" I was speechless and decided that it was not worth my time to get into an argument with. What horrible service! The management team really needs to fire this employee and find ones who will provide the appropriate service that customers pay for.
