This is the weakest Rusan's in Atlanta, but it's still a good value for good sushi ($1/piece of most nigiri/sashimi). I've not been during a weekday lunch rush, and seating was prompt enough. Service does vary a bit, in my experience between average and very good.
It's been quieter and less crowded than the other Rusan's locations, and that's a very nice contrast sometimes, as the noise levels of the Midtown & Buckhead locations can be a bit much.
AND, unlike nearly every other Japanese restaurant (in Atlanta? in the world?) Rusan's doesn't close between lunch and dinner times.
Pros: great value, good quality, hours
Cons: weakest Rusan's
