I went to get my highlights and haircut and check out the new Cloud 9, and I have to say: Rebecca did an awesome job (not only with my hair, but the place looks amazing)! The place is super cool, very beautiful decor, feels like a spa from the East Village from NYC (I lived in NYC for 6 years before coming to Memphis, and this is the one and only place in Memphis that I trust for haircut and color after many bad experiences). I got a spa pedicure, had some wine, and had a great time talking to the girls. They did a great job! I can't wait to go back and get a massage and a facial. Congratulations on the new place, it is really nice! And as usual, you have the BEST service in Memphis for spa treatments and hair.
