The staff at the Right Start was very friendly and they had a vast knowledge of the products in their store. If you ever have any questions, they are there ready to help you with whatever you need. They know what customer service is all about.
Its also much more manageable than Babies R' Us. Its not so overwhelming! I definitely recommend it!
