I have never encountered such incompetent service in such a polished venue. We were seated late (for no apparent reason, since the restaurant was empty), waiting an hour and 45 minutes to get our first course, waiting 30 minutes to get our wine, and had our table cleared, along with the wine, when we stepped out for a cigarette. Apparently the wait staff thought we had dined and dashed since we had complained about the delay. Would not surprise me if that happened often. DO NOT EAT HERE.
