We came out of ""Tuesdays with Morrie"" at the Rep and hadn't eaten yet, so looked for a place close by, and decided on 10 Mercer. Wonderful food, extremely good service, even a table side visit from the owner. We made a good choice! Grilled salmon was perfect, artichoke risotto flavorful, and the samosas were a treat.
