It's rarely too crowded, unless it's a holiday. I had a very unpleasant one hour waiting experience on Valentines Day, even though I had reservations. The food is interesting and delicious. They try to change the menu up a little every so often. The beer and wine selection is very good. The servers are friendly, prompt, and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic. Reservations on busier days, like Friday and Saturday, probably couldn't hurt.
