My daughter needed a compressor and nebulizer treatment. We were given the equipment at the pediatricians office and they told us the Boardman Medical Supply would pick it up two months later. We called them and they looked up our account and said we had to drop it off ourselves. By the time I juggled my baby and this big box with all the equiptment in it into the store and waited in line 30 minutes, they told us it was ours to keep. They said the insurance company bought it for us. A couple weeks later we got a bill for $136.00. We paid it. But Boardman Medical Supply should have known that from the start.
