I took a chance and made an appt here without knowing anyone who'd gone there before - and it turned out great! I got a partial highlight with 2 colors and a cut done by Rebecca. Not only does she talk to you about the look you want, but also about your hair type and health. The color was incredible and less than other midtown and downtown salons. I love the cut and color and would now highly recommend anyone head over to Cloud Nine. The outside appearance is deceiving-Its a small salon in a sorta hidden location, but is the best cut and color I've had in years!
