I am a new user having come to au courant after my children recommended the salon. My hair stylist is Douglas and he is very willing to accomodate you and your requests and offer opinions as needed. I came to au courant after I was not treated very well at my last salon and it was very refreshing to be treated like a valuable customer! Now that's the customer service I enjoy and expect. It is located very conveniently in downtown Mercer Island and parking is a no a problem.
