I have had two occations to deal with this company in the past months. They were the recomended plumber from two different companies. Both Lowes and Home depot. Both times the service was faster than what was promised. And they took care of things that I wouldn't have been able to even guess where wrong. IE: Wrong size water tank (who knew they come in short and tall, and it actually makes a difference) and yes you can leaval a toilet on an uneven basement floor. Next time I by anything that requires a plumber I'll call them direct and not wait for the store to recommend someone.
PROS: Fast, friendly and Great service.
CONS: none that I can think of
