Your own locker awaiting you with a rob and sandals to fit your feet, a waiting room with tea, water, goodies and relaxation music playing. The therapists greets you by name and takes you to your room for you service. The rooms are small, quiet, dimly lit and so calming. I have gotten amazing massages, facials, baths and pedicures at Cloud 9 and highly recommend it if you need a retreat. I always leave feeling so good and refreshed.\r
The downsides? A little pricey and when you make an appointment you have to give your credit card number over the phone to hld your appointment every time.
