This service consistently fails in every aspect of a delivery service. You have to wait FOREVER for food (2 hours for a Sunday evening at 10pm in the middle of Feb.), the food is ICE-COLD; order is 99% of the time incorrect from the placed order. The delivery service calls from the lobby claiming that the code is not working only to get all of the way there and the code is fine.
On top of all of that, when you open the containers for your food, you can guarantee that the sauces will be spilled all over the place or that the food items will be completely dismantled and frequently missing side items/dishes. You wouldn't expect your pizza to be upside down when the pizza-guy knocks on your door would you???
Overall, don't waste your time or money! Oops...food just showed up...COLD, ALL OVER THE PLACE AND MISSING SIDES...AGAIN!
