Deliver Me Food is a very helpful service for us. Sometimes due to health problems we don't feel up to cooking, or going out. Or, grandchildren are visiting, and they think it is a treat to order whatever they want and get it delivered! The variety of restaurants is good, the delivery is often faster than promised, and the drivers are polite . We have tried several places, and the food arrives fresh and ready to serve. more

I have been trying a couple of delivery services in the Cleveland area. And by far the most consistent and professional is DeliverMeFood. Corky & Lenny's & Yours Truly really do a great job. Pros: Variety, Timely & Pros Cons: Not available late night. more

Awful delivery times and EXTREMELY rude employees 2/25/2010

I didn't even want to give them 1 star but you are forced to. I have ordered from them several times in Brunswick and they have never delivered within 1 hour and when I complain they have blamed the restaurant or blamed me (the co-founder actually told me that next time I should order from a closer restaurant and that people do not shovel their driveways and that causes them to be late)...they are unable to accept responsibility for their shortcomings with delievery times and they are very rude. Pros: They work with a wide variety of restaurants Cons: Delivery times never within 1 hour, poor customer service more

Fast, convenient, -Great delivery service 2/7/2009

Was about to order pizza, because I thought that was all I could possibly get delivered. I remembered a friend had joked about his wife ordering though Delivermefood. So I thought I would give it a try. Even though it was 8:30p.m. and delivery ended at 9 for Mr. Hero's, my order arrived at 9:02 and the food was still hot. I will definitely use again. Great Service. more

I place an order with delivermefood and I must say that I was so very happy with my order. My food was delivered quicky (45 mins.), it was hot (very hot), and oh, so delicious. You can't go wrong with this company. I think it is going to be my new hobby!!! I am going to try every restaurant they deliver for. Oh, yeah, I also was able to have them pick me u a pack of smokes! C'mon, does it get any better than this! I love ya delivermefood!!! Pros: Hot food, fast delivery, nice people! Cons: none more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE. CUstomer Service Representatives are not kind at all, Food is being late at least an hour. Price of food is extremly expensive. Pros: Nothing more

Cool Service 2/14/2008

I really like this service. When the weather is bad, I do not like to go out. Having my grub delivered is right up my alley. My food was really good. I Will use this service again. I like that they picked me up a pack of smokes. It is a little pricey (You have to pay a delivery charge and a tip.) But I guess with the gas prices now, it is o.k. Pros: Many restarants to choose from, pick up stuff from store. Cons: Have to pay delivery charge and a tip. more

The worst! 7/26/2007

What the hell is wrong with service industry these days? Not only are they always late (2 hours average) but they also lie to your face blaming the restaurant. I caught them several times (the food has been sitting at the restaurant for >45 minutes) but they claimed the driver has been waiting. I give up. Will never order from them again. I wish I could rate this as zero stars! more

I go to school here and I love that I do not have to go anywhere to get food. It comes right to me with tons of restaurants to choose from (why leave the dorm)! I have been using this service for three years and it is superb! Drivers are friendly and always on time (except during that bad snow storm a few weeks back) Who cares! My food was still hot and yummmy tasty. Keep up the great work Delivermefood.! I love you guys! Pros: Food is Hot and Yummy when it is delivered to me. People always nice. Cons: Can't think of any! more

This is the best service around. I have been using Delivermefood for over 8 years and have never had a problem with food being cold or late. Same with all of my friends and family. They deliver for the BEST restaurants in Cleveland. My food is ALWAYS delivered hot and on time. I would recomend this service to everyone. As a matter of fact, I already do. I buy gift certificates from them for my family and friends all the time. I love it! Sounds like guy above has a personal vendetta against them...hmmm... a competitor maybe...Don't listen to that. Sounds like a bunch of 'you know what' to me. Pros: Hot food delivered on time. Cons: They are not open 24 hours a day. more

BEWARE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY! 2/19/2006

This service consistently fails in every aspect of a delivery service. You have to wait FOREVER for food (2 hours for a Sunday evening at 10pm in the middle of Feb.), the food is ICE-COLD; order is 99% of the time incorrect from the placed order. The delivery service calls from the lobby claiming that the code is not working only to get all of the way there and the code is fine. On top of all of that, when you open the containers for your food, you can guarantee that the sauces will be spilled all over the place or that the food items will be completely dismantled and frequently missing side items/dishes. You wouldn't expect your pizza to be upside down when the pizza-guy knocks on your door would you??? Overall, don't waste your time or money! Oops...food just showed up...COLD, ALL OVER THE PLACE AND MISSING SIDES...AGAIN! Cons: TAKES FOREVER!, COLD FOOD, ORDER WRONG more

OUTSTANDING COMPANY 7/19/2003

This place does not prepare any food for delivery, but they organize a large group of local restaurants that prepare your meals and then have "runners" deliver to your home. It is an outstanding way to do business and I have used this service over and over again and will continue to do so. Ordering online is very easy and the food is prepared and delivered to your door in about an hour, which is outstanding. Pros: Quick, Competitive pricing, Best deal in the city more
