I found this place by accident - I used to go to the place on Hanley. Hampton car wash doesn't look all that nice from the outside. A $14 car wash included a vacuum and a was, as I expected, but then one of the workers took the car aside and spent quite a bit of time thoroughly cleaning it. He re-wiped down the outside with a cleanser ( I asked him what it was for: it was to remove any residual road grime that the automated wash didn't get), washed all of the window, inside and out, and washed the interior surfaces of the car. He spent a lot of time on it and it showed. I was extremely impressed. Don't go here if you don't have the extra 15 min or so to wait, but if you do then it is well worth the $.
Pros: Great value, great customer service
Cons: Had to wait a while - but they took their time to get the job done well
