You can make your appointment with your stylist online and specify what type of service you require, i.e. haircut, blowdry, dye, etc. Then they call or email you to confirm the appointment. I randomly chose Betsy because I liked the name. I'm sure glad I chose her! She understood exactly how I wanted my hair cut and did an awesome job. I've been going to her, and only her, for a long time now. Go on...make an appointment and request Betsy...you'll be glad you did.
