As a retail business owner myself, never before have I ever encountered such poor customer service! The owner herself is the most ungracious, offensive & disrespectful woman I've ever met. Her staff was so blatantly in the wrong that a mere apology would have been a start in the right direction. Clearly her business must be doing so well that she can afford to tell someone to ______ off & not worry about the consequences.
