A confession. I do a LOT of shopping. Prize is hands down my favorite place to do so in the valley. Most of the time I go in to just to soak up the ambiance (and of course end up finding something to buy that seems to be placed there just for me). I have never had a less than delightful experience at Prize! more

As a retail business owner myself, never before have I ever encountered such poor customer service! The owner herself is the most ungracious, offensive & disrespectful woman I've ever met. Her staff was so blatantly in the wrong that a mere apology would have been a start in the right direction. Clearly her business must be doing so well that she can afford to tell someone to ______ off & not worry about the consequences. more
