I wanted to surprise my husband with birthday cake for his office (not many men like having flowers delivered for their birthday). Pre-ordering wasn't allowed so I had to call 30 minutes before desired delivery. fine. However, the fact this was a birthday surprise was VERY clear when I called in. It was bad enough the person who took my call was NOT attentive (he was talking to someone else, had the radio blaring and was working the cash register) and he was not helpful with clarifying information.
Long and short of it, they made my husband pay for the delivery even though I had already given them all the information they needed!!! This is absolutely a COD delivery service and nothing else. If you want to surprise someone with a gift of food and you're not there to present your debit/credit card in person, GO ELSEWHERE!!
